EMV Non-Enabled Fee. The EMV Non-Enabled Fee is effective if you do not have EMV enabled equipment and/or software. The EMV Non-Enabled Fee is determined based on the chargeback liability risk of your MCC as determined by us. Transactions will be evaluated and assessed monthly at the MID level. This fee is based on the gross sales amount of each card present transaction.
