Encounter Records for Capitated Services. The Contractor shall submit encounter records for claims and encounters received by the Contractor. The Contractor shall identify a capitated arrangement versus a fee-for-service arrangement for its network providers. For capitated arrangements, the Contractor shall report each service encounter, including a zero payment, when applicable.
