Encroachments and Easements. The Tenant shall not stop up or obstruct any of the windows or lights belonging to the Premises and shall not permit any new window, light, opening, doorway, passage, Conduit or other encroachment or easement to be made or acquired into, on or over the Premises or any part of them. If any person shall attempt to make or acquire any encroachment or easement whatsoever, the Tenant shall give written notice of that fact to the Landlord immediately it shall come to the notice of the Tenant and, at the request of the Landlord but at the cost of the Tenant, adopt such means as may be reasonably required by the Landlord for preventing any encroachment or the acquisition of any easement.
