Adjoining Premises definition

Adjoining Premises means any land or buildings adjoining or nearby the Building, whether or not owned by the Landlord (unless express reference is made to the Landlord’s ownership of those premises);
Adjoining Premises means any land or buildings adjoining or near to the Premises owned by the Landlord.
Adjoining Premises means any nearby property in which the Landlord (or where the Landlord is a company any company that is a member of the Landlord's Group) has or acquires during the Term a freehold or leasehold interest

  • The Tenant shall promptly give notice to the Landlord of any dispute arising between it and any other tenants or occupiers of the remainder of the Building or the owners or occupiers of any Adjoining Premises which relates to any right or privilege, any party wall or to the use and enjoyment of the Common Parts.

  • Adjoining Premises: any land, buildings or structures near or adjoining any of the Premises in or over which the Landlord or any other person owns an estate or interest from time to time.

  • The Tenant is to pay all Outgoings in relation to the Premises and a proper proportion (to be determined by the Landlord or the Landlord’s Surveyor acting reasonably) of any Outgoings assessed in relation to the Premises any Adjoining Premises and/or the Railway Premises.
