Encryption of Electronic Data. (1) The software provided by TIMG must be used by the Client to ensure data is encrypted and compressed in size prior to being transmitted to TIMG’s storage facility, to enable the data to be transferred via broadband interest to TIMG. (2) The Client agrees to acquire the software required to carry out such encryption and compression. (3) The Client agrees and acknowledges that under no circumstances is TIMG responsible or liable for the operation of such encryption and compression software.

In addition, the Participant may deliver electronically the Grant Notice to the Company or to such third party involved in administering the Plan as the Company may designate from time to time. Such means of electronic delivery may include but do not necessarily include the delivery of a link to a Company intranet or the Internet site of a third party involved in administering the Plan, the delivery of the document via e-mail or such other means of electronic delivery specified by the Company.
