Common use of Encryption of Electronic Data Clause in Contracts

Encryption of Electronic Data. (1) The software provided by TIMG must be used by the Client to ensure data is encrypted and compressed in size prior to being transmitted to TIMG’s storage facility, to enable the data to be transferred via broadband interest to TIMG. (2) The Client agrees to acquire the software required to carry out such encryption and compression. (3) The Client agrees and acknowledges that under no circumstances is TIMG responsible or liable for the operation of such encryption and compression software.
