Common use of Encryption with Customer Key Clause in Contracts

Encryption with Customer Key. Customer assumes all risks of data deletion, inaccessibility, and service outages that result from any unavailability of an encryption key created or maintained solely by Customer (such as the private key in a public-private pair), or where unavailability of any encryption key is caused by an act or omission of Customer or any Authorized User.
