End of Contract. 1. Upon termination of the employment contract, the statutory provisions of Part 9, Book 7, Title 10 of the Dutch Civil Code will apply (see also Annex 4). 2. At the end of the employment contract, the employer will issue the employee with a certificate. This certificate must contain the following information as a minimum: - the last position held - the pay scale in which, and the spine point under which, the employee was most recently classified - the employee's total number of years of experience - the date of commencing employment - the date of leaving employment - the number of days' holiday taken in the current calendar year.
