END OF SUSPENSION. The party claiming suspension by reason of Force Majeure shall give written notice to the other Party, as soon as possible after the event of Force Majeure shall have been remedied, to the effect that the same has been remedied and that such Party has resumed, or is then in a position to resume, the performance of the suspended covenants or obligations under this Agreement.
