Common use of End User Agreements Clause in Contracts

End User Agreements. Distributor shall obtain from each End-User, either in writing or via acknowledgment of an electronic form (which acknowledgment can be provided by the End-User's use of Distributor's Services), consent to the terms set forth in Exhibit B (or terms substantially equivalent thereto).
