Disclosure of Improvements. Each Party shall disclose to the other Party any Improvement as soon as reasonably possible after creation. Any information on the OMP-ADF-Formulation or Grünenthal-ADF-Formulation shall only be shared under a separate, mutual secrecy agreement as provided for by Section 12.1(b).
Disclosure of Improvements. From time to time, throughout the duration of this Agreement, Datotech shall be affirmatively obligated to disclosure the nature of any and all improvements to the Technology for Licensed Items to Biometrics Security so as to keep Biometrics Security as current as is practicable regarding the Technology. Datotech shall also disclose any and all improvements to the Technology for Licensed Items to prospective Third-Party Licensees as well as participate in meetings and presentations with prospective Third-Party Licensees to assist in the integration of the Technology into the Licensed Items. Datotech shall cooperate with Biometrics Security and prospective Third-Party Licensees by providing, at no cost, all required disclosures and assistance in order to integrate the Technology into the Licensed Items, including but not limited to, hardware and software for demonstrations and simulations. The form of such disclosures shall be decided by mutual agreement between the parties on a case-by-case basis. Datotech and Biometrics Security shall each bear their own expenses resulting from such meetings, presentations or any disclosures required pursuant to this Section 4.2. The costs of any subsequent development by Datotech at Biometrics Security request of any hardware and software for a specific application shall be borne by Biometrics Security.
Disclosure of Improvements. Licensors shall keep Licensee fully informed as to Improvements made by Licensors and shall promptly comply with the obligations of section 10 in providing technical assistance respecting the same.

Such disclosures shall be in a form and manner to be agreed upon by the parties on a case-by-case basis. Datotech and Biometrics Security shall each bear their own expenses resulting from such meetings, presentations or any disclosures 3 4 required pursuant to this Section 2.2.
Disclosure of Improvements. (a) Company and Tower agree during the Term to disclose to Napster any Improvements that it makes or reduces to practice upon any of the Napster Property used in the Customized Service. Napster shall own all right, title and interest in and to such Improvements worldwide and in perpetuity.
Disclosure of Improvements. From time to time, as long as this Agreement is in full force and effect and Cardiogen is fully performing its obligations thereunder, FSM would transfer to Cardiogen Information regarding the Improvements as necessary to enable Cardiogen to practice the license set forth above, including with respect to the manufacture and commercialization of the Products, under the terms and conditions embodied in the Agreement.
Disclosure of Improvements. During the Term, Licensee shall promptly make available to Licensor all Improvements promptly following their invention, discovery, generation or use with a Licensed Product or Licensed Compound. It is understood that with respect to Improvements consisting of experimental data, results and similar Know-How, Licensee shall be required to make any such Know-How available only in the original language in which such Know- How was generated if Licensee does not have English translations thereof; provided that if an English translation of any such Know-How does not exist, upon Licensor’s written request, Licensee will provide Licensor with a brief summary of such Know-How in English.

Datotech shall cooperate with NetFace and prospective Third-Party Licensees by providing, at no cost, all required disclosures and assistance in order to demonstrate the feasibility of integrating the Technology into the Licensed Items, including but not limited to, hardware and software for demonstrations and simulations. Such disclosures shall be in a form and manner to be agreed upon by the parties on &case-by-case basis. Datotech and NetFace shall each bear their own expenses resulting from such meetings, presentations or any disclosures required pursuant to this Section 2.2.
Disclosure of Improvements. SDTS shall promptly disclose in writing (an “SDTS Improvement Notice”) to Oncor any and all SDTS Improvements, of which SDTS or an Operator has knowledge, made or conceived by SDTS or its Permitted Recipients (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Operator).
Disclosure of Improvements. Each Party shall promptly and fully disclose to the other Party any and all Improvements. Such disclosure shall provide sufficient details regarding the Improvement to enable the Parties to properly evaluate the inventorship of such Improvement under the U.S. patent laws.
