End User Repair Calls. The Parties will employ the following procedures for handling misdirected repair calls: 20.14.1 In answering repair calls, neither Party shall make disparaging remarks about each other, nor shall they use these repair calls as the basis for internal referrals or to solicit customers to market services. Either Party will respond with factual information in answering customer questions. 20.14.2 Each Party will notify its customers as to the correct telephone numbers to call in order to access its repair bureaus. 20.14.3 To the extent possible, where the correct local exchange carrier can be determined, misdirected repair calls to one Party will be immediately referred to the other Party, as appropriate in a courteous manner, at no charge. 20.14.4 The Parties will provide their respective repair contact numbers to one another on a reciprocal basis.
