You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation. * If you assert an error within 30 days after you make the first deposit to your Account, we will have 20 business days instead of ten (10) business days. ** If you give notice of an error within 30 days after you make the first deposit to your Account, or notice of an error involving a transaction initiated outside the United States, its possessions and territories, we will have 90 days instead of 45 days to investigate. In accordance with Visa Operating Rules and Regulations, you will receive a provisional credit for Visa Check Card losses for unauthorized use within five (5) business days after you have notified us of the loss. Schedule of Services Consultant shall perform the Services within the Term of this Agreement, in accordance with the Schedule of Services set forth in Exhibit “B” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and in accordance with any other completion schedule or milestones which may be separately agreed upon in writing by the Parties. Consultant represents that it has the professional and technical personnel required to perform the Services in conformance with such conditions. Teaching Staff Assigned to More Than One Building Each Educator who is assigned to more than one building will be evaluated by the appropriate administrator where the individual is assigned most of the time. The principal of each building in which the Educator serves must review and sign the evaluation, and may add written comments. In cases where there is no predominate assignment, the superintendent will determine who the primary evaluator will be.
Existing utilities and roads Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Concessionaire shall ensure that the respective entities owning the existing roads, right of way or utilities on, under or above the Site are enabled by it to keep such utilities in continuous satisfactory use, if necessary, by providing suitable temporary or permanent diversions with the authority of the controlling body of that road, right of way or utility, and the Authority shall, upon written request from the Concessionaire, initiate and undertake at the Concessionaire’s cost, legal proceedings for acquisition of any right of way necessary for such diversion.
