Energy and Mineral Resource Regulatory Measures. 1. In the introduction of any energy and mineral resource regulatory measure of general application after the date of entry into force of this Agreement, a Party shall take into consideration the impact on commercial activities and implement such measure in an orderly and equitable manner in accordance with its laws and regulations.
Energy and Mineral Resource Regulatory Measures. 1. Each Party shall seek to ensure that, in theapplication of any energy and mineral resource regulatorymeasure, the energy and mineral resource regulatory bodiesof the Party shall avoid disruption of contractualrelationships which exist at the time of the application ofthe energy and mineral resource regulatory measure to themaximum extent practicable and implement the energy andmineral resource regulatory measure in an orderly andequitable manner. 2. If the energy and mineral resource regulatory bodiesof a Party adopt any new energy and mineral resourceregulatory measure, the Party shall, as soon as possible,notify the other Party or publish the energy and mineralresource regulatory measure, and respond, upon the requestof the other Party, to specific questions on the energy andmineral resource regulatory measure from the other Party.
