Common use of Energy Conservation Clause in Contracts

Energy Conservation. The Recipient agrees to, and assures that its Subrecipients will, comply with the mandatory energy standards and policies of its state energy conservation plans under the Energy Policy and Conservation Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 6321, et seq., and perform an energy assessment for any building constructed, reconstructed, or modified with federal assistance required under FTA regulations, “Requirements for Energy Assessments,” 49 CFR Part 622, subpart C.

Energy Conservation. As applicable, the Recipient agrees to perform an energy assessment for any building constructed, reconstructed, or modified with federal assistance required under FTA assistance, in compliance with FTA regulations, “Requirements for Energy Assessments,” 49 CFR C.F.R. Part 622, subpart Subpart C.
