Common use of Energy Conservation Clause in Contracts

Energy Conservation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Article 8 or in this Lease contained, Landlord may institute, and Tenant shall comply with, such written policies, programs and measures as may be reasonably necessary or required to comply with applicable codes, rules, regulations or standards.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Article 8 or in this Lease contained, Landlord may institute, and Tenant shall comply with, such written policies, programs and measures as may be reasonably necessary, required, or expedient for the conservation and/or preservation of energy or energy services, or as may be necessary or required to comply with applicable codes, rules, regulations or standards.
