Tenant consents to Tenant’s utility service providers disclosing energy use data for the Premises and Common Areas to City for use under California Public Resources Code Section 25402.10, as implemented under California Code of Regulations Sections 1680–1685, and San Francisco Environment Code Chapter 20, as each may be amended from time to time (“Energy Consumption Reporting Laws”), and for that data to be publicly disclosed under the Energy Consumption Reporting Laws.
