Common use of Energy Savings Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Energy Savings Guarantee. The ESCO has formulated and guaranteed the level of energy and operating cost savings which shall be achieved as a result of the performance by the ESCO of the services specified in this Agreement utilizing the Savings Calculation Methodology set forth in Schedule B. The ESCO has structured the Energy Savings Guarantee so as to be sufficient to cover, from the Acceptance Date to the #20th# anniversary of the Acceptance Date:

The ESCO has formulated and guaranteed the estimated annual level of energy and operating cost operations savings which shall to be achieved as a result of the performance by the ESCO installation and operation of the Equipment and provision of services provided for in this Contract as specified in this Agreement utilizing Schedule C and Further described the Savings Calculation Methodology set forth methodology of savings verification in Schedule B. The ESCO has structured the Energy Savings Guarantee so as to be sufficient to cover, from the Acceptance Date to the #20th# anniversary Section 7 of the Acceptance Date:Investment Grade Audit. Customer accepts the estimate of savings calculated by ESCO.
