Environmental Incentives. Landlord acknowledges that any Environmental Incentives belong to Tenant. Landlord shall corporate with tenant in any application for Environmental Incentives.
Environmental Incentives. Any Environmental Incentive related to the System shall be the sole property of Seller. Any Environmental Incentive related to the System that is initially credited or paid to Purchaser shall be assigned by Purchaser to Seller without delay. At Seller’s expense, Xxxxxxxxx agrees to cooperate with Seller in any applications for Environmental Incentives related to the System.
Environmental Incentives. The Parties agree that the School District shall own, and may assign in its sole discretion, all right, title, and interest associated with Environmental Incentives; and that Environmental Incentives will not be included within any calculation of savings, or otherwise, to reduce the ESCO’s responsibility for achieving the Energy Savings Guarantee.
Environmental Incentives.
7.1. The Client shall own, and may assign or sell in its sole discretion, all right, title, and interest associated with the Environmental Incentives.
7.2. The ESCO shall transfer to the Client at no charge any Environmental Incentives received by it as a result of this Agreement.
7.3. For the avoidance of doubt the Environmental Incentives will not be included within any calculation of savings.

Environmental Incentives. The Client retains right, title, and interest in any and all Environmental Incentives associated with, or resulting from, the integration and operation of the Products. In this Agreement “Environment Incentives” means all rights, credits (including tax credits), rebates, benefits, reductions, offsets, and allowances and entitlements of any kind, however entitled or named (including carbon, SOx, and NOx credits and allowances), whether arising under federal, state or local law, international treaty, trade association membership, or the like, attributable to the installation or ownership of the Products, whether existing now or created at any time in the future. Without limiting the foregoing, Environmental Incentives include self-generation incentives, green tags, white tags, renewable energy credits, capacity credits, demand response credits, tradable renewable certificates, portfolio energy credits, and the right to apply for (and entitlement to receive) rebates or other incentives under any demand- side management or energy efficiency programs offered by a utility company, a third- party provider, or federal, state, or local government.
Environmental Incentives. Encouraging cleaner production, compliance assistance, and other non- regulatory mechanisms to contribute to the achievement and maintenance of high levels of environmental protection.
Environmental Incentives. If applicable, to be directly paid over, or credited to, Purchaser as soon as received.
