Common use of Enforcement and Continuing Jurisdiction of the Court Clause in Contracts

Enforcement and Continuing Jurisdiction of the Court. To the extent consistent with class action procedure, this Settlement Agreement shall be enforceable by the Court pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure section 664.

Enforcement and Continuing Jurisdiction of the Court. To the extent consistent with class action procedure, this Settlement Agreement shall be enforceable by the Court pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure section 664664.6. The Court shall retain continuing jurisdiction over this Action and over all Parties and Settlement Class members, to the fullest extent to enforce and effectuate the terms and intent of this Settlement Agreement, and to adjudicate any claimed breaches of this Settlement Agreement. The Court may award reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs to the prevailing party in any motion or action taken based on an alleged violation of any material term of this Settlement Agreement.
