Enforcement; City Designee. The City is responsible for enforcing and administering this Chapter, and the City or its designee, as appointed by the Mayor, is authorized to give any notice required by law or under any franchise agreement.

  • County of Orange Child Support Enforcement In order to comply with the child support enforcement requirements of the County of Orange, within ten (10) days of notification of selection of award of CONTRACT but prior to official award of CONTRACT, the selected CONTRACTOR agrees to furnish to the CONTRACT MANAGER, the Purchasing Agent, or the agency/department deputy purchasing agent:

  • Enforcement of Settlement Agreement 11.1 Any party may file suit before the Superior Court of the County of Los Angeles, consistent with the terms and conditions set forth in paragraphs 11.2 and

  • Law Enforcement Emergencies If a Party receives a request from a law enforcement agency to implement at its switch a temporary number change, temporary disconnect, or one-way denial of outbound calls for an end user of the other Party, the receiving Party will comply so long as it is a valid emergency request.   • Jury Duty/Court Appearance a) To qualify for approval from the College to be absent with pay when summoned to serve on a jury, when subpoenaed as a witness in a criminal proceeding or as a witness in a civil action if not a party thereto, or when appearing as a defendant in a criminal or traffic case if acquitted therefrom, a regular or term employee shall produce the summons or subpoena or submit such other evidence showing the necessity for the absence.

  • PERMITTING AND LICENSURE At Grantee's sole expense, Grantee shall procure and maintain for the duration of this Contract any state, county, city, or federal license, authorization, insurance, waiver, permit, qualification or certification required by statute, ordinance, law, or regulation to be held by Grantee to provide the goods or services required by this Contract. Grantee shall be responsible for payment of all taxes, assessments, fees, premiums, permits, and licenses required by law. Grantee shall be responsible for payment of any such government obligations not paid by its Subcontractors during performance of this Contract.

  • Enforcement of Agreement The Parties hereto agree that irreparable damage would occur in the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement was not performed in accordance with its specific terms or was otherwise breached. It is accordingly agreed that the Parties shall be entitled to an injunction or injunctions to prevent breaches of this Agreement and to enforce specifically the terms and provisions hereof in any court of the United States or any state having jurisdiction, this being in addition to any other remedy to which they are entitled at law or in equity.
