The Parties parties hereto agree that irreparable damage would occur in the event that any of the provisions contained in Section 6.3(c) of this Agreement was were not performed in accordance with its specific terms or was were otherwise breached. It is accordingly agreed that the Parties parties shall be entitled to an injunction or injunctions to prevent breaches of Section 6.3(c) of this Agreement and to enforce specifically the terms and provisions hereof thereof in any court of the United States or any state having jurisdiction, this being in addition to any other remedy to which they are entitled at law or in equity.

The Parties parties hereto agree that irreparable damage would occur in the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement was not performed in accordance with its specific terms or was otherwise breached. It is accordingly agreed that the Parties parties shall be entitled to an injunction or injunctions to prevent breaches of this Agreement and to enforce specifically the terms and provisions hereof in any court of the United States or any state having jurisdiction; provided, this being in addition to however, that the foregoing shall not be construed as prohibiting any party from pursuing any other remedy rights and remedies available to which they are entitled at law it for such breach or in equitythreatened breach.
