- Enforcement of No Strike Pledge. In the event of a strike in violation of Section 10.1 of this Article, Management may immediately pursue, in any court of competent jurisdiction, whatever remedies are available to it. Any GSEAU engaging in any activity in violation of Section 10.1 of this Article may be discharged.
