Enforcement of School Attendance. In case of failure on the part of any apprentice to fulfill his obligation as to school attendance, the Company may suspend or revoke his apprenticeship agreement. The apprentice hereby agrees to abide by any such determination. The Registration Agencies and the Local Union will be notified of any such cancellation as this will terminate the eligibility of the apprentice as a student.
