APPENDICES AND PLANS. 40.01 All appendices and exhibits (Non Contributory Pension Plan) form part of this Agreement. It is agreed by both parties to this Agreement that no matter respecting the provisions of these plans or amendments thereto shall be subject to the Grievance Procedure established in this Agreement.
