Common use of Enforcement of School Attendance Clause in Contracts

Enforcement of School Attendance. In case of failure on the part of any apprentice to fulfill his obligation as to school attendance or grades the Joint Committee may suspend or revoke his apprenticeship agreement and the Company hereby agrees to carry out the instruc- tions of said Committee in this respect. The ap- prentice hereby agrees to abide by any such determination of such Committee. An apprenticeship committee member must be notified, by the apprentice, of any school absen- teeism not later than the next working day.
