Common use of Enforcement Powers Clause in Contracts

Enforcement Powers. For the purpose of all rights and powers implied or granted by statute, the Secured Obligations are deemed to have fallen due on the date of this Deed. The power of sale and other powers conferred by section 101 of the Law of Property Act 1925 and all other enforcement powers conferred by this Deed shall be immediately exercisable at any time after (i) an Acceleration Event has occurred or (ii) a request from the Chargor to the Security Agent that it exercises any of its powers under this Deed.
