Common use of Engagement of Manager Clause in Contracts

GolfSuites 5 6 hereby engages Manager to supervise, direct and control the acquisition, development, management, operation and promotion of GolfSuites 56’s locations, which includes, but is not limited to, the exclusive authority to direct, supervise, manage and operate the golf-themed entertainment and hospitality business on a day-to-day basis.

GolfSuites 5 4 hereby engages Manager to supervise, direct and control the acquisition, development, management, operation and promotion of GolfSuites 54’s locations, which includes, but is not limited to, the exclusive authority to direct, supervise, manage and operate the golf-themed entertainment and hospitality business on a day-to-day basis.

GolfSuites 5 3 hereby engages Manager to supervise, direct and control the acquisition, development, management, operation and promotion of GolfSuites 53’s locations, which includes, but is not limited to, the exclusive authority to direct, supervise, manage and operate the golf-themed entertainment and hospitality business on a day-to-day basis.

GolfSuites 5 2 hereby engages Manager to supervise, direct and control the acquisition, development, management, operation and promotion of GolfSuites 52’s locations, which includes, but is not limited to, the exclusive authority to direct, supervise, manage and operate the golf-themed entertainment and hospitality business on a day-to-day basis.

Engagement of Manager. GolfSuites 5 1 hereby engages Manager to supervise, direct and control the acquisition, development, management, operation and promotion of GolfSuites 51’s locations, which includes, but is not limited to, the exclusive authority to direct, supervise, manage and operate the golf-themed entertainment and hospitality business on a day-to-day basis.
