Common use of Engagement of Manager Clause in Contracts

GolfSuites 4 5 hereby engages Manager to supervise, direct and control the acquisition, development, management, operation and promotion of GolfSuites 45’s locations, which includes, but is not limited to, the exclusive authority to direct, supervise, manage and operate the golf-themed entertainment and hospitality business on a day-to-day basis.

GolfSuites 4 hereby engages Manager to supervise, direct and control the acquisition, development, management, operation and promotion of GolfSuites 4’s locations, which includes, but is not limited to, the exclusive authority to direct, supervise, manage and operate the golf-themed entertainment and hospitality business on a day-to-day basis.

GolfSuites 4 6 hereby engages Manager to supervise, direct and control the acquisition, development, management, operation and promotion of GolfSuites 46’s locations, which includes, but is not limited to, the exclusive authority to direct, supervise, manage and operate the golf-themed entertainment and hospitality business on a day-to-day basis.

GolfSuites 4 1 hereby engages Manager to supervise, direct and control the acquisition, development, management, operation and promotion of GolfSuites 41’s locations, which includes, but is not limited to, the exclusive authority to direct, supervise, manage and operate the golf-themed entertainment and hospitality business on a day-to-day basis.

GolfSuites 4 3 hereby engages Manager to supervise, direct and control the acquisition, development, management, operation and promotion of GolfSuites 43’s locations, which includes, but is not limited to, the exclusive authority to direct, supervise, manage and operate the golf-themed entertainment and hospitality business on a day-to-day basis.

Engagement of Manager. GolfSuites 4 2 hereby engages Manager to supervise, direct and control the acquisition, development, management, operation and promotion of GolfSuites 42’s locations, which includes, but is not limited to, the exclusive authority to direct, supervise, manage and operate the golf-themed entertainment and hospitality business on a day-to-day basis.
