Engagement Surveys. The People Matter Employee Survey measures the experiences of individuals across the NSW Health system in working with their team, managers and the organisation. The results of the survey will be used to identify areas of both best practice and improvement opportunities, to determine how change can be affected at an individual, organisational and system level to improve workplace culture and practices.  The Junior Medical Officer Your Training and Wellbeing Matters Survey will monitor the quality of supervision, education and training provided to junior medical officers and their welfare and wellbeing. The survey will also identify areas of best practice and further opportunities for improvement at an organisational and system level.  The Australian Medical Association, in conjunction with the Australian Salaried Medical Officers Association, will undertake regular surveys of senior medical staff to assess clinical participation and involvement in local decision making to deliver patient centred care.

  • Contractor’s Representative Contractor hereby designates [***INSERT NAME OR TITLE***], or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“Contractor’s Representative”). Contractor’s Representative shall have full authority to represent and act on behalf of the Contractor for all purposes under this Agreement.   • Covered Contracts and Contractors If the Contract exceeds $100,000 and the Contractor employed more than 40 full-time employees on a single working day during the previous 12 months in Minnesota or in the state where it has its principle place of business, then the Contractor must comply with the requirements of Minnesota Statute § 363A.36 and Minnesota Rule Parts 5000.3400-5000.3600. A Contractor covered by Minnesota Statute § 363A.36 because it employed more than 40 full-time employees in another state and does not have a certificate of compliance, must certify that it is in compliance with federal affirmative action requirements.
