Common use of Engagement Clause in Contracts

Engagement. The Company hereby engages the Manager to provide the services specified herein and to manage each Vessel for and on behalf of the relevant Company Group Member, and the Manager hereby accepts such engagement, all in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Company and the Manager each acknowledge that to the extent set out in this Agreement, the Manager is acting solely on behalf of, as agent of and for the account of, the Company. The Manager may advise Persons with whom it deals on behalf of the Company that it is conducting such business for and on behalf of the Company.

Engagement. The Company hereby engages the Manager to provide business, operational and financial management services to the services specified herein and to manage each Vessel for and on behalf of the relevant Company Group MemberCompany, and the Manager hereby accepts such engagementagrees to provide business, all in accordance with operational and financial management services to the Company on the terms of this Agreement. The Company and the Manager each acknowledge that subject to the extent conditions set out in this Agreement, the Manager is acting solely on behalf of, as agent of and for the account of, the Company. The Manager may advise Persons with whom it deals on behalf of the Company that it is conducting such business for and on behalf of the Companyforth herein.

Engagement. The Company hereby engages the Manager to provide provide, upon the services Company’s request, the Management Services specified herein and and, subject to the terms hereof, to manage each Vessel for and on behalf of the relevant Company Group Member, and the Manager hereby accepts such engagement, all in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Company and the Manager each acknowledge that to the extent set out in this Agreement, the Manager is acting solely on behalf of, as agent of and for the account of, the Companyrelevant Company Group Member. The Manager may shall advise Persons with whom it deals on behalf of the relevant Company Group Member that it is conducting such business for and on behalf of the Companysuch Company Group Member.

Engagement. The Company hereby engages the Manager to provide oversee, manage and supervise the services specified herein Company and to manage each Vessel for the development and on behalf operation of the relevant Company Group MemberBusiness, and the Manager hereby accepts such engagement, all in accordance with subject to and upon the terms of this Agreement. The Company and the Manager each acknowledge that to the extent set out in this Agreement, the Manager is acting solely on behalf of, as agent of and for the account of, the Company. The Manager may advise Persons with whom it deals on behalf of the Company that it is conducting such business for and on behalf of the Companyconditions hereof.

The Company and the Manager each acknowledge that to the extent set out in this Agreement, the Manager is acting solely on behalf of, as agent of and for the account of, of the Company. The Manager may shall advise Persons with whom it deals on behalf of the Company that it is conducting such business for and on behalf of the Company.

The Company hereby engages the Manager Administrator to provide provide, upon the services Company’s request, the Services specified herein and to manage each Vessel for and on behalf of the relevant Company Group Memberherein, and the Manager Administrator hereby accepts such engagement, all in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Company and the Manager Administrator each acknowledge that to the extent set out in this Agreement, the Manager Administrator is acting solely on behalf of, as agent of and for the account of, the Company. The Manager may Administrator shall advise Persons with whom it deals on behalf of the Company that it is conducting such business for and on behalf of the Company.

The Company and the Manager each acknowledge that to the extent set out in this Agreement, the Manager is acting solely on behalf of, as agent of and for the account of, the Company. The Manager may advise Persons with whom it deals on behalf of the Company that it he is conducting such business for and on behalf of the Company.

The Company hereby engages the Manager to provide the services specified herein and to manage each Vessel for and Strategic Services throughout the Term on behalf of the relevant Company Group Member, a non-exclusive basis and the Manager hereby accepts such engagement, all in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Company and the Manager each acknowledge that to the extent set out in this Agreement, the Manager is acting solely on behalf of, as agent of and for the account of, the Company. The Manager may advise Persons with whom it deals on behalf of the Company that it is conducting such business for and on behalf of the Company.

The Company and the Manager Administrator each acknowledge that to the extent set out in this Agreement, the Manager Administrator is acting solely on behalf of, as agent of and for the account of, the Company. The Manager may Administrator shall advise Persons with whom it deals on behalf of the Company that it is conducting such business for and on behalf of the Company.
