Common use of Engineering and Research Services Clause in Contracts

Engineering and Research Services. The Company will advise and assist Client in connection with the engineering phases of all construction and operating matters, including estimates of costs of construction, preparation of plans and designs, engineering and supervision of facilities, standardization of engineering procedures, and supervision and inspection of construction. The Company will also conduct both basic and specific research in fields related to the operations of the Client.
