Engineering Design. Purchasers/Tenants are hereby advised that based on current servicing plans, underground services (including hydro, water and gas systems), street furniture and fixtures, including without limitation, hydro transformers, street lighting, light standards, fire hydrants, and cable, telephone and/or tap boxes may be adjacent to or located within their Lots, Potls or Units or common elements appurtenant to their Potl or Unit. The Vendor reserves the right to re-locate such services if it deems it necessary or expedient to do so, in its sole, absolute and unreviewable discretion. Purchasers/Tenants are hereby advised that any enquiries dealing with the proposed engineering design, lot grading, utility locations or general construction can be directed to Town of Ajax Building Approvals and Engineering Services Section at 619-2529 Ext. 3232. Engineering Design. All new material furnished will be specifically designed to operate with original elevator equipment being retained, thus assuring maximum performance and eliminating any divided responsibility. All material, removed or unused, not required in the modification will become the property of the Xxxx Elevator Company and we reserve the right to remove and retain it.
Engineering Design. Site civil design revisions will include preparation of a traffic control plan for the east end of the transfer station and the new pole barn structures. Structural design work will include calculations for pole barn framing and foundations and an evaluation of the existing retaining wall capacity to support the Recycle Center support columns. We have assumed that the improvements can be designed for seismic loads based on the applicable building code and will not require a site-specific seismic evaluation. Electrical work will include interior and exterior lighting in and around the pole barn structures and exterior electrical receptacles at the refrigerant recovery area for use of power tools. We have assumed that no HVAC or mechanical engineering design will be required.
Engineering Design. 1. Attend one (1) preliminary conference with the Owner, and other interested parties regarding the Project. 2. Electrical design for new service and metering equipment, automatic transfer switch (ATS), site lighting, convenience receptacles, pump control system and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) interface to the existing Water SCADA system. Engineer will coordinate with the electric utility provider to identify required scope of work and utility requirements to establish new electrical service for the proposed well site, if required. e. The well and generator will be constructed such that the well head and generator will be located above the 100-year flood plain elevation. 5. The documents will be prepared in accordance with the latest version of applicable City of Elgin procedures, specifications, manuals, guidelines, standard drawings, standard specifications. 6. The Engineer will provide a 95% plan set, specifications, and opinion of probable construction costs to City Staff for review. 7. Prepare sanitary controls easement document required by TCEQ. 8. Prepare and submit well permit application and accompanying documents required by Lost Pines Groundwater Conservation District (LPGCD). Submit documentation for well permit consolidation (if allowed by LPGCD) for all city xxxxx to brought under one permit. 9. Submit to TCEQ for approval of plans and specifications. 10. Furnish to the Owner three (3) copies of approved and sealed plans and bidding specifications.
Engineering Design. 12.1. The Company may order the Management Venture to carry out engineering design at the level of final design and/or detailed design in the various disciplines for the detailed infrastructure components (land infrastructure) up to a cumulative construction value equals to NIS five hundred million (500,000,000) (the "Engineering Design Contents"). The construction value will be calculated according to estimated value of the designed works and in accordance with the coefficients set forth in the Ministry of Defense’s Design Price List with respect to the level of design carried out. 12.2. The Engineering Design Contents will be carried out for the needs of the Company with respect to the Project, pursuant to the contents of the services and the criteria according to the Tasks and Products Definer for the Project Manager. 12.3. Control processes and the approval of design products by the Company will be set forth as part of the criteria or in the Tasks and Products Definer for the Project Manager. 12.4. it is clarified hereby that the Total Consideration (as defined in Appendix A to the Agreement) includes the execution of the Engineering Design Contents pursuant to this Section, and accordingly the Management Venture shall not be entitled to additional payment for its execution. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified hereby, that in case that the cumulative construction value of the Engineering Design Contents calculated pursuant to 12.1 above, shall be lower than NIS five hundred million (500 Million), no amount shall be reduced from the Total Consideration. 12.5. The consideration to the Management Venture for carrying out the engineering planning will be as set forth in the provisions of section 6 of Appendix C of the Agreement (Consideration for Changes in Scope and Contents of the Services).

Control processes and the approval of design products by the Company will be set forth as part of the criteria or in the Tasks and Products Definer for the Project Manager, according to the decision of the Company. 17.3.5. it is clarified that the consideration with respect to the Engineering Design Contents shall be paid to the Management Venture according to the provisions of Section 4.6 of Appendix C (the Consideration) of the Agreement. 17.3.6. It is hereby clarified that the preparation of planning guidelines, specifications and technical specifications for the Concession Tender documents according to accepted standards is not included in the "Engineering Design Contents" in this section above, and no additional consideration beyond the Basic Services Consideration will be paid to the Management Venture for such preparation of planning guidelines, specifications and technical specifications.

When applicable law requires that services be performed by licensed professionals, RES shall provide those services through qualified, licensed professionals. All professional design services or certifications to be provided by RES, including all drawings, calculations, specifications, certifications, shop drawings and other Submittals, shall contain the signature and seal of the licensed design professional preparing them. Submittals related to the Work designed or certified by the licensed design professionals, if prepared by others, shall bear the licensed design professional’s written approval. The Customer shall be entitled to rely upon the adequacy, accuracy and completeness of the services, certifications or approvals performed by all such design professionals.
