Any request for modification of the approved Project Schedule shall be submitted by Engineer in writing for the Director's consideration. 2.7.8 Claims for Additional Services shall be submitted for payment within a maximum of 60 days from the date of completion of the Additional Service. 2.7.9 Upon request of the Director, Engineer shall submit reports to the Director for informational purposes, showing all of the information set out in this Section, although such information shall not affect the method by which Engineer is paid.
