English Documents. All documents to be delivered under or pursuant to any provision of the Terms Agreement (including the provisions of this Agreement) by the Republic shall be in the English language or accompanied by a certified English translation but the English language version shall be the prevailing version in the event of inconsistency between the English language version and any other language version.
