Common use of Enhanced Severance Payments Clause in Contracts

Enhanced Severance Payments. If your employment is terminated as of the Effective Date or within the severance protection period after the Effective Date, you will be eligible for the following amount of severance: three times the sum of your current salary plus your highest bonus within the last three years (not including any special bonus payments)
