Enhancement Scoping. 8.2.1 Subject to the terms of the Agreement, Servicer shall scope all requests for new products, services or enhancements including, without limitation, New Product Development Requests subject of a PRF, and provide Bank with related time and/or cost estimates and/or options, all as described in the Agreement and as otherwise reasonably requested by Bank.
