Common use of Enhancements Mandatory Audits Clause in Contracts

Enhancements Mandatory Audits. Without limitation of Section 15.1, the Claims Processor shall conduct an audit of eight percent (8%) of Enhancements Claims, unless the Claims Processor finds that two percent (2%) or more of the audited Enhancements Claims were fraudulent or improperly processed (or the claimant fails to provide information requested to allow an audit to be conducted) in which case the Claims Processor shall conduct additional audits of Enhancements Claims in his/her discretion in consultation with the SOC and HOC.

Enhancements Mandatory Audits.
