Common use of Enrollee Billing, Generally Clause in Contracts

Enrollee Billing, Generally. (A) Except as otherwise provided for in this Contract, no claim for payment shall be made at any time by the Contractor or its Participating Providers to an Enrollee accepted by that Participating Provider as an Enrollee for any Covered Service.
