ENROLLEE PROCESSING REQUIREMENTS. The Contractor’s system shall support the enrollee processing requirements of this contract. The system shall be modified/enhanced as required to meet the contract requirements in an efficient manner and ensure that each requirement is consistently and accurately administered by the Contractor. Materials shall be sent to the enrollee or authorized representative, as applicable.
