Geographic Regions. 13 The County will establish such regions in order to minimize the travel 14 time between employees’ regular work locations and the locations to which they may 15 be required to accept a Same-Day Reassignment. The County will reassign 16 employees within the same geographic region whenever possible. The County will 17 keep the Nurse Employment Relations Committee (NERC) informed with regard to 18 such regions as they exist and are changed, and will take comments and suggestions 19 from the NERC on any proposed changes.
Geographic Regions. A. Service Area. The geographic region(s) for which the contractor has been awarded a contract to establish and maintain operations for the provision of services to Medicaid and NJ FamilyCare beneficiaries are indicated below. The contractor shall have complete provider networks for each of the counties included in the region(s) approved for this contract.
