Common use of Enrollment Cessation Clause in Contracts

Enrollment Cessation. The Health Plan may request that the Agency halt or reduce Enrollment temporarily if continued full Enrollment would exceed its capacity to provide required services under the Contract. The Agency may also limit Health Plan Enrollments when such action is considered to be in the Agency's best interest in accordance with the provisions of this Contract.
