Enrollment into the Settlement Program. The purpose of the enrollment and documentation requirements with respect to a Claimant’s entry into the Settlement Program is to establish eligibility and to determine whether the Enrolled Claimant qualifies as a Settlement Program Claimant for a Settlement Award Payment. Additional documentation relating to any Claim may be required.
