Common use of Enrollment Practices Clause in Contracts

Enrollment Practices. If a teacher and/or his/her spouse and/or his/her dependent(s) involuntarily lose insurance coverage(s) from any other plan (e.g. employer of spouse/dependent discontinues insurance coverage(s), spouse/dependent changes job and no longer has insurance benefits through employer), that teacher and/or spouse and/or dependent(s) are automatically eligible to enroll in the Board’s insurance coverage(s) with no preexisting condition exclusions or waiting period.
