Entering of card to stop. list. The Bank is obliged to provide suspension of the card validity (blocking) based on instruction of Cardholder and with the entering to the local and/or international stop-list. For the purpose of present Agreement the stop-list is local or international list of cards with restriction on carying out of transactions and they are subject to special service mode.
