Enterprise Subscription Basis. In consideration of payment in full of the enterprise license fee for use of the SaaS Service, and subject to all the terms and conditions hereof, Pentana Solutions hereby grants to the Customer’s clients a right to access and use the SaaS Service only from Customer’s Application on any of the client’s devices during the term of this Agreement, as well as related materials such as documentation to the extent then available, all made available to Customer in conjunction with and under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
