Enterprise Support may be purchased by Customer directly from Exact, or from an authorized Reseller. If purchased from a Reseller, all references in Section 1(f) and 1(g) of Exhibit A to “Exact” will mean “Reseller.” The first year of Enterprise Support is mandatory for all new Program licenses. For clarity, Exact’s Enterprise Support fees are included (no additional charge) with each subscription license.
