Entertainment Uses. In the event that Tenant or any subtenant in the Center presents entertainment covered by the Labor Agreement between the Hotel and the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees and Moving Picture Machine Operators of the United States and Canada, Local 720, Las Vegas, Nevada ("Labor Agreement") or the Center is determined to be covered by the Labor Agreement, for any activity presented by or on behalf of Tenant or any subtenant in the Center, Tenant shall, and shall require any such subtenants to, comply with all wages, benefits, terms and conditions of employment contained in the Labor Agreement that may be imposed upon Tenant and its subtenants, by virtue of the Labor Agreement. . Nothing in this Section 8.11 shall be deemed to permit Tenant or any subtenant to present any entertainment except as specifically otherwise permitted in this Lease. Nothing herein shall be deemed to imply that the parties hereto believe that the Labor Agreement is applicable to the Center.
Entertainment Uses. Commercial and Cultural Community and Entertainment Uses 25 shall be provided for by The Expansion consistent with the requirements contained in the 1 MPR Permit and this Agreement. Tamarack shall have the sole authority and discretion in determining the total amount of Commercial and Cultural Community and Entertainment uses to provide within each Phase, if any, as long as each Phase does not exceed the following:

  • Entertainment Costs of entertainment, including amusement, diversion, and social activities, and any costs directly associated with such activities (such as tickets to shows or sports events, meals, lodging, rentals, transportation, and gratuities) are unallowable.

  • Business and Entertainment Expenses Subject to Company’s standard policies and procedures with respect to expense reimbursement as applied to its executive employees generally, Company shall reimburse Executive for, or pay on behalf of Executive, reasonable and appropriate expenses incurred by Executive for business related purposes, including dues and fees to industry and professional organizations and costs of entertainment and business development.

  • Lodging Board members should request conference rate or mid-fare room accommodations. A single room rate will be reimbursed. Board members should pay personal expenses at checkout. If that is impossible, deductions for the charges should be made on the expense form.

  • Outpatient Dental Anesthesia Services This plan covers anesthesia services received in connection with a dental service when provided in a hospital or freestanding ambulatory surgical center and: • the use of this is medically necessary; and • the setting in which the service is received is determined to be appropriate. This plan also covers facility fees associated with these services. This plan covers dental care for members until the last day of the month in which they turn nineteen (19). This plan covers services only if they meet all of the following requirements: • listed as a covered dental care service in this section. The fact that a provider has prescribed or recommended a service, or that it is the only available treatment for an illness or injury does not mean it is a covered dental care service under this plan. • dentally necessary, consistent with our dental policies and related guidelines at the time the services are provided. • not listed in Exclusions section. • received while a member is enrolled in the plan. • consistent with applicable state or federal law. • services are provided by a network provider.

  • TRAVELLING Overtime compensation referred to in article 46, shall only be applicable on a work day for hours in excess of the employee’s daily scheduled hours of work.
