Common use of Entire Agreement; Amendment and Modification Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Amendment and Modification. This Lease, including all Exhibits attached hereto, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between the parties, including all lease proposals, letters of intent and similar documents. This Lease may be modified only by a written agreement signed by both Landlord and Tenant.
