This Agreement, including any exhibits, is the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior oral and written understandings of the parties. This Agreement may not be changed or amended except by a writing, stating that it is an amendment to this Agreement, executed by both parties hereto.
